Health and Safety Data: Medical histories, allergy information, immunization records, and physician contacts. This is collected strictly to ensure your child's safety while in our care.

Processing enrollments, tuition, and camp fees. Ensuring appropriate medical care and handling emergencies. Sending academic updates, camp schedules, newsletters, and critical alerts via email or SMS text message. Improving our website and administrative operations. SMS messages are only sent with parent consent on the application form. You can also request a opt-in form from the office.

Medical Emergencies: First responders or healthcare professionals if a student or camper requires immediate medical attention. If you are issued a login for our parent portal or enrollment system, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Media, Photos, and Videos
Our school and camp programs frequently document activities through photography and videography: By enrolling your child, you grant us permission to use photos or video footage of your child for internal educational purposes, yearbooks, and camp recap videos. Marketing Opt-In/Opt-Out: We will obtain separate, explicit consent before using any recognizable imagery of your child for public marketing, social media campaigns, or our public website.
4. Code of Conduct & Program Dismissal
All participants (students, campers, and parents) are expected to interact respectfully with staff and other families.We reserve the right to suspend or permanently dismiss any student or camper whose behavior compromises the safety, well-being, or learning environment of our programs. No refunds will be provided in the event of behavioral dismissal.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All fees, tuition, and deposits must be paid according to the schedule provided during registration. Cancellation policies, deadlines, and refund eligibility vary between the school academic year and seasonal camp sessions. Please refer to your specific enrollment contract for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain rigorous safety protocols, participation in school sports, playground activities, and outdoor camp programs carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chavivus Hatorah and Camp Kulam Ahuvim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or program participation.
